Account Executive Assistant - Commercial Lines
Falkins Insurance Group's Fernie location has an opening for an
Account Executive Assistant in the Commercial Lines
department. This position is a full time permanent
position with the opportunity for increased responsibility for the
right candidate.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)
- Organizing Renewal & New Business workflow
- Formulating and sending renewal letters.
- Issuing Certificates of Insurance for clients.
- Follow up on correspondence with insurance carriers
- Input information / documentation into various Commercial
Management systems
- Special projects as required
- Very strong customer focused approach
Previous insurance experience is an asset, but not required.
Self study required to obtain Level One Insurance Licence within
reasonable time period. In addition, the successful candidate
should have above average computer skills and be familiar with Word
and Excel. Training for TAM, and ET File will be provided.
