This package is designed for the contractor who owns more property and consequently requires more coverage. Some of the coverage that is automatically includes;

• Property
  • Equipment and stock at your shop - $25,000
  • Tool Floater (handheld) - $10,000
  • Installation Floater - $10,000
  • Contractor’s equipment (not hand held) - $25,000 if (scheduled)
• Crime
  • Theft of money - $5000
  • Theft of money by employees - $5000
• Commercial General Liability - $2,000,000
• Optional Coverage available with Option II:
  • Increase any of the above noted limits as required
  • Insure a building(s) used in the business
  • Insure loss of income due to a loss
  • Insure a building while under construction

OPTION III
This package is also designed for the small contractor with minimal tools, equipment or materials but who needs prefers to carry higher liability limits.
