In the simplest of terms, an insurance policy is in fact a promise. Therefore, the true test of an insurance policy comes at the time of a claim. Will the policy deliver the promise made?

With a staff of experienced claims adjusters Falkins Insurance Group is able to provide quicker response to claims, more personalized service and shorter claims settlement periods.

Claims can be reported to the office you deal with directly or call 1-866-426-2205 during normal business hours. You can also email us your claim at claims@falkins.com. Please indicate your name, contact phone number, the location of the Falkins Insurance Group office where you bought your policy, and a brief description of your claim. We will then contact you regarding your claim.
