SHORT TERM RENTAL CONDOMINIUM UNITS

This program is designed for condominium units that are rented out on a daily or weekly basis.

  • All Risk coverage including vandalism on property owner’s contents & appliances
  • Standard $1,000 deductible

Automatic extensions of coverage for:

  • $10,000 unit improvements & betterments
  • $75,000 loss to your condo unit
  • $75,000 loss assessment coverage
  • $6,000 rental income protection
  • Replacement Cost coverage on property owner’s contents
  • Optional coverage available for water escape / sewer backup
