• Standard Form coverage: Named Perils on building and property owner’s contents
• Standard $1000 policy deductible with $2500 deductible on water escapes

Coverage extensions available for:

• Water escape / sewer backup
• Rental income protection
• Replacement cost coverage

A rental agreement must be in place.
