News | 20 Convertible Car Seats Donated by Falkins Insurance

In Partnership with ICBC through the 2007 Autoplan Broker Road Safety Program, Falkins Insurance purchased twenty Omega 3-in-1 convertible car seats and presented them to different community programs. These programs including the Family Center in Golden, CCRC in Trail, Better Babies in Cranbrook, Ktunaxa Nation Health Services in Cranbrook, Fernie Women’s Resource & Drop-in Center, Kaslo Pregnancy Outreach Program, Elkford Womens Task Force Society, and the Elkford Food Bank will then lend or give to families in our communities that need a car seat but cannot afford to buy one. Community programs in Kimberley and Sparwood were also included in the safety program. This project is to promote road safety and provide contribution to our local programs.
