When Brad and Alisa Brewer noticed water pooling in their basement in Prince George, B.C., early one morning, their first course of action was to phone their Falkins Insurance representative, Barb Auger. Within a few hours, a crew had arrived to assess the damage, begin cleaning up the mess and prevent any further losses. Throughout the process of cleaning and restoring the basement, Falkins was in constant communication with the Brewers.
